Re: HELP! HTV compatible with cotton/viscose blend?

I don't believe that you'll have a problem with adhesion of any heat transfer film, but would recommend that you source something with a low application temperature and dwell time. Viscose can be...

Re: NEED YOUR HELP! Printful is AWFUL!

Most of the designs posted seem suited to ordering and applying a screen printed transfer with a heat press. If you are willing to fulfill orders yourself and commit a bit of up front investment to...

Re: EZ Weeding Table Saves 50% Time

Premium Plus can be used with the table. In a quick time study it saved me about 20% in weeding time with this product. Some of the true hot peel materials are higher, but it does have an impact on...

Re: 2 color vinyl on Augusta Windbreakers

The carrier releases fairly easy from that material, so try tacking the background color for a shorter time (only a couple seconds) and then overlay the foreground and press for the full application....

Re: Problem with Stahl's Premium Plus

Anything on the overcut will do. A couple mm should be ideal.

Re: Problem with Stahl's Premium Plus

Premium Plus is very thin and stretchable. Its recommended to use a sharp blade that is extended very little from the holder. You won't need a ton of pressure. I typically cut at 70-90 grams...

Re: Are Vinyl Numbers Considered Less Professional?

If you want a thin, stretchable pre-cut number then Premium Plus would be a good selection. You may be ordering Thermo-FILM which is a thicker, more abrasion resistant product for contact sports and...

Re: need input for purchase

I like the Graphtec CE-6000. Tracks straight longer, has overcut option, tangential emulation and an expanded cutting field. These features make it stand above the rest in its price category.

Re: Scorching Triblend and Authentic Pigment shirts

It could be too much Rayon. Sanmar's Tri-Blend fabrics are typically 12% rayon so you should have better results.

Also, Elastiprints can technically press as low as 275 degrees, so you may have...

The most cost effective way to decorate a uniform with heat transfer vinyl is to cut name yourself and pair it with a pre-cut number.
