As a sidetrack: About printing with INKS, in this case sceen print.

You can easily sell HIGH quality printed...

ok, how can i better explain this.

You are talking about Screen Printing t-shirts with PLASTISOL inks to arrive at a lower cost right?.

FLOCK is not plastisol inks.

I was just re-enforcing the selling point of FLOCK with front and back printing, 2 different designs and colors at RETAIL level $40 is not out of this world. If it costs you $ 19.90 as in your post....

I don't think thats expensive considering the work and colors involved.

I know that if you walked into "Spot98 Custom T-Shirts retail Street Store" in downtown Toronto you would pay at least $ 40...

looking at your sample images on your lead post, i don't think spreadshirt would have a problem aligning them perfectly with out errors.

But

I'm not sure if they do that type of thing, since...

over-lap flock can get kinda bumpy and thick. But if that is the look and texture you need...
