Ok, so hows the actual heat press temps. 27 grams on a 14x16 area should be very wet. Should be plenty. Rolling hard could force fluid thru shirt. This should print excellent.

Appears not enough pretreatment. Should be 23 g.
Image Armour and epson need to reach 325 degrees to activate. Also what Dekay said. Dump the upper cover.

You are running your presses to close to min temp for image armour. The temp on your press must maintain a minimum of 325. The press will drop 10 degrees at least on pressing. Also a teflon cover can...
