Tajima 1501 Sewing Motor Error

Our 1501 broke three needles yesterday and then went into a sewing motor error 316 yesterday. The needle mech in question won't budge and I can't turn the manual side not either - any suggestions?

Re: R-JET 5 Printhead model

If you can get a used 4880 with a full nozzle check and flush the head then you should be ok but they're few and far between at a cost which is less than buying a new head

Re: how do you flush an R-JET 5

You can get it from Resolute or if you have an account with Ralawise you can get it through them as well. In regards to the white ink, just keep the tanks filled with the cleaning solution as well as...

Re: how do you flush an R-JET 5

Hi Stephen

Ok first thing, a good flush might not get it back to working order if it was not flushed before hand. If white ink has been sitting in there without any circulation then it will settle...

Re: Gildan price increase! Anyone tried Uneek?

The Uneek 180gsm costs more than the G5000 even if you were buying 1k qty - good quality though.

Re: ??? about an Anajet Sprint

I can't remember what printhead model it is but you should be able to purchase replacements. But it is not a great machine. One of the main things is a lack of white ink management - if you leave it...

Re: Trouble Printing Color on Black Shirts

You've answered your own question, you have a one colour press and need to do a two colour setup of underbase and red.

Question Ricoh Ri6000 - opinion?

These are now getting a big roll out in the UK with a pretty decent trade in offer - the price even considering the trade in is quite heavy so I'd be interested to know the general opinion on speed,...

Re: R-JET 5 Printhead model

You need the 187000, the R-Jet 5 is based on the Stylus 4880. From what I can see the 186000 is not for the 4880. It's a waterbased ink printhead, dtg is waterbased.

They need your serial number...

Re: Ricoh RI 3000

Pressure would potentially damage the head but other than that unless you're going to do maintenance in a vaccum chamber, wearing a hazmat suit with oxygen supply then there's no way of escaping air...
