Re: Ufo 3880 diy dtg

Sorry for the late reply. I haven't had a lot of time to be on here lately. In the mist of busy season. That's only if it's not printing and has white ink in it. I've let mine sit longer with no...

Re: how to deal with small reorders

I would also agree, DTG makes this scenario a breeze. We had 2 different reorders today that were screenprinted on higher quantities and both wanted less than 5 shirts. Sometimes we make a little...

Re: Ufo 3880 diy dtg

Really it boils down to more ink. Depending on how much you print the 80ml will require more attention "meaning more refills". Any cart over 80ml your not going to be able to close the cover. If you...

Re: Let's Talk Platens

If I was going to use adhesive to hold down garment I wouldn't use the aerosol spray, I'd use the roll on stuff. It last longer than the spray adhesive and doesn't make a big mess. Rolling the...

Re: QCM 158 CREAMY GLACIER WHITE on Jerzees 29M Safety Green

We use QCM 158 and never had any problems with dye migration on 50/50. We use it on 65/35 poly/cotton.

Re: Caps conveyor dryer Temperature control affordable replacement

Just remember that most of these controls can be bypassed. We had our temp gauge go out on one of our dryers and we straight wired it until replacement part could arrive. It will run 100%...

Re: The Treatbot $750 pretreat machine!

I think they released too soon. If their intentions were to scam people, I really doubt PayPal is the way to go. Probably didn't realize some mistakes until it made it to the end user.
It's sad...

Re: Don't buy Easy T Printer Andy McDaniels is a scammer

I wish people would understand it takes more than just a printer to be a Business. No matter what circumstances arise, not 1 customer should've to pay for poor planning.

Re: Is it safe?

Soaking your printhead in Windex does wonders. I normally will wipe around printhead after soaking it. I've been doing this at the end of every week and been getting perfect nozzle checks. Before I...

Re: Haiwn-T500 printer

You might want to consider DIY. The main reason I went with DIY DTG wasn't price, but the insurance of having spare printer. Having to wait for tech or spare parts never sounded like a good plan.

Re: Ufo 3880 diy dtg

I'm referring to the capping station. Is the printhead flush with the capping station? Is it sitting straight? Something is hanging up. Could be a loose gear, trash, or something obstructing the...

Re: Help Needed PLEASE with Epson R3000 - DIY printer

I know a few that have the r3000 and they are having random chip failure. I would check that and the arc chip or whatever your using to reset chips.

Re: Sort of grainy prints

When printing out of anything other than the Rip software you'll need to make sure "manual rear" is set in the printing preferences. If not, you'll get the paper error. I setup 2 different printers...

Re: Ufo 3880 diy dtg

Something is inhibiting the capping station from releasing properly. You can tell by the videos that it is doing it's normal sequencing so you know your conversion is successful. I'm not familiar...

Re: help! new laptop doesn't have cd/dvd rom to download software/drivers etc

You could always use virtual drive. Virtual drive use's the iso file of a CD. You can use another computer and make it an iso file and than mount that to the computer that doesn't have CD-ROM. I...

Re: Deposit on 2nd Easy T Printer (woot!)

It's a Shame that a dealer must post on a thread that's bashing his competitor. Even take part in it. Why don't you see Epson, Brother's, or some of your bigger company's doing so. It's not...
