Re: How do you properly pull your squeegee so that when you flood the ink doesn't curl up on the squeegee blade?

When flooding the...

Re: Help with halftones

Halftones work great and shouldn't be s problem for you. If the hand drawn art isn't converted with printing in mind it could present a problem. I do quite a bit of it and I also use Corel. In my...

Re: Ink and Mesh Qestions from a Beginner

My bit of advice would be this: spend the $$ and take the Ryonet Screen Print Experience class. It will be worth twice what you pay for it I promise! It will give you a good introduction to most of...

Re: Buying First Auto Press (it's so hard)

I bought my Workhorse Javelin in October and love it! No issues with front and back clamps. Registration is a breeze. My compressor is outside and it's a relatively quiet running machine. I've seen...

Re: pressure marks - how to aviod them

Very simple fix - spray the area with spray starch. The fibers will rise right up. The easiest way to do it is have the person stacking/sorting off the dryer just give it a quick spray but it can be...

Re: Slimfit? Eurofit? Fitted? Which one?

A very good tee that has the look you want is either the Next Level Apparel 3600 (100% cotton) or the 6210 CVC (60/40 blend). They are comparable to AA and the price point a lot better.

Re: Pressure marks

I haven't tried it on heat press marks yet but spray starch will "erase" pallet/squeegee marks from screen printed shirts. Just a small amount works to lift the shirt fibers back up after being...

Re: JESUS. FISH. MARKET. Help with a t-shirt design idea

So are you saying since the message isn't clear you are going to try something different or since we don't "get it" it's not worth your time explaining?

Re: JESUS. FISH. MARKET. Help with a t-shirt design idea

Not trying to "down" your design but I spent several minutes thinking about it and I don't get it. What's the message?

Check out Bella-Canvas B8800 (I think) it's a flowy racer back tank. Bella had several different styles.

Re: Next Level white Tees are a little transparent!

We print on a ton of next level, I love them especially how they feel and wear. You should check the 6210 CVC tee, it's a 60/40 blend. Get one and compare it to the 3600. Wash them a few times too,...

Re: Help me please with Silver metallic plastisol

The metallic ink reflects heat so you aren't curing long enough. You need to cure at a lower temp (obviously over 320) for a longer time. It's going to be tough to do with a flash and it will take...

Re: Need help pricing for a local Little League

If I'm doing custom logos for each team with vinyl numbers I'm going to be in the $14 range.

If the logo is a "league" logo where they all stay the same I'd be in the $10-12 range.
