Re: CMYK banding on left platen, but not on right.

Re: CMYK banding on left platen, but not on right.

Re: CMYK banding on left platen, but not on right.

Re: CMYK banding on left platen, but not on right.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you guys.

I was wondering myself if uni would fix it since the bands usually show up in "twos" as you can see in the 2nd picture. Looks like a banded...

CMYK banding on left platen, but not on right.

Hey, lately I have been having issues with banding on my 782. Prints on the right (White side) platen come out fine, but prints on the left (CMYK side) platen tend to have some banding issues when...

Re: Spotting in My Yellow and Problems With Blue Colors Changing

The speckling in the yellow is generally because you are not printing what the printer recognizes as Pure Yellow. Anything less than pure yellow will cause a lot of tiny little speckles to be spread...

Re: printing photos with a blur

You will need to send 2 separate ARPs. First, take your image, put a pure black background on the layer behind it. Now print as White Only.

Now hide the black background and print it as Color...

Re: Just got my Used Brother Gt-782

Turn your highlight up, I used fairly conservative settings at first but too many shirts were ending up like yours. My mask is at 4 and highlight is at 3 for our heavier shirts and I will cheat those...

Re: "Automatic" Heat Presses for DTG?

This is the press I use for curing pretreat. A true splitter press is invaluable when pretreating and you will want pneumatic due to the pressures typically required for a proper cure. Cliff Hix...

Re: What is the best way to keep item flat on platen?

When we got our brother, our distributor (Axiom) sold us a few clips designed to hold the edges of garments to the platen.

GTCLIP (http://www.axiomamerica.com/GTCLIP-P2819.aspx)

They work well,...

Hey, over the last week I've noticed that a couple nozzles on my W4 printhead seem to be clogged. Several manual cleanings and too many powerful head cleanings to count later, those nozzles remain...

Re: Brother 782 PLAGUE

Our 782 has worked perfectly since the day we got it and makes us plenty of money. We don't gross nearly 30k/month on one machine either. If you were really breaking even with that sort of income,...
