Re: Cyan is all messed up!

It looks like nozzle deflection. It usualy happens on regular epson printers when ink particle is to big to go through the nozzle but not as big to block it completly so it kinda bounces of inside...

Re: Mission accomplished "license to thrill"

Not quite right. I've seen latex inks for DTG and prints, one company form israel developed those, but got legal issue with HP I've heard and can't make those until HP patent expires.

Re: Can I use cartridge which is expired?

Black is the least likely to clog, so I would not bet that the other colors would be ok.

Re: Firebird Ink Performance after first 1,000 shirts

Works fantastic but the thing is R3000 only works good with bag ink. When you use carts or ciss or any other systems you will likelu get a back flow due to the complicated pressure control system on...

If the printer was bent and it was not due to shipping they should replace the machine.

Re: Innovation

Aeeon and Belqute in my opinion. They both developed their own engines and use best industrial printheads.

In my humble opinion EPSON is way behind guys who were modding their printers for years...

Re: This is the best DTG quality available?

If you want rich blacks then you definetly should use pretreatment for white garments. Colors pops up like screen printing.

Re: Cheapest A3 DTG ready printer with white ink??

Nigdy nie umieszczaj "tani" i DTG w jednym zdaniu. Tą drogą w świecie DTG nigdy nie osiągniesz sukcesu.

Do konwersji nadaje się tylko Epson R3000/P600 oraz 3880/P800.

A2 jest łatwiejsza w...

If you want good color reproduction you will need original epson inks - if not you can use any off brand pigment ink set designed for 3880. Of course you will need all the inks set not just So no...

Re: Epson R2000 DTG ? small home biznes..

Bagged ink is better because you always have fresh ink, and it's not exposed to air.

In WIMS you are adding more white to previous white so you are adding new ink to old ink and also wims need...

Re: My Firebird DTG Ink Review and Experiences

Depends how long are you going away. for 3 - 4 days I would not flush anything just put cleaning in the capping station and do a power clean when I return. For longer periods it can by risky.

Re: My Firebird DTG Ink Review and Experiences

Last Resort is not intended for flushing inks systems. Works great for manual/ waterfall head cleaning and capping station maintance but it's not inteneed for flushing the ink.

Re: Epson R3000 white ink clogging

Tubes should be about 1.5 mm inner diamter so standard Ciss tubing should be fine. The big problem with ciss is that introduces air and also messed up the ink feed pressure.

R3000 based platform is far better then R2000 and wastes A LOT less ink on cleaning cycles.
