Default Water Based ink on Plastison

I've never tried it but have a feeling someone else has. I was curious to whether printing Water Based 4-Color process on top of a White Plastisol base would work? Obviously on a dark colored shirt, since 4-color process doesn't work well on darks

Shirt could be any color if you're printing on a white background.

Water based ink would rub/scratch/crack off of a plastisol surface. Use a water based ink as your underbase instead.

What would be the point of mixing water based and plastisol inks anyway?

Actually you can do it with some inks... but why would you want to do that? Why don't you just use water based white, or even better discharge inks instead?
