Default Anyone have good plans for vacuum exposure unit?

Are there any really good detailed plans floating around for vacume exposure units?

I notice most of the vacume units out their all look alike. Lawson, Brown, Atlas, AWT, Ranar and others basically all look the same. The controls are pretty basic as well. I some of them sell the neoprene blankets and the rest of the parts shouldn't be too hard to get.
