Default What Mesh size should be used for 85 micron solids

There is very little info on the boards regarding mesh sizes and additives. I can find information on mesh sizes for half tones and regular additives like puff, metallics, etc... but I am being asked to print a product with a client supplied additive that was chemically engineered to be between 75micron and 85 microns... my question is what sized mesh screen would you think is appropriate to use assuming it was large graphics using standard plastisol ink. I know this is not a normal question but I am hoping some of the experts or vendor reps have a better answer. Unfortunately I opened my mouth and accepted the job before doing my homework...
