I can hold a 5% dot, 45 lpi, 230 film.
My exposure set-up:
Bottom - 4" poly foam cut to fit inside 20x24 screen;
Screen, squeege side down;
film;
clear glass;
a brick on each end to assure firm pressure.
A 500 watt shop light suspended 20" above film.
Exposure time for 230 orange mesh coated two strokes shirt side, one stroke shirt side.
God Bless.

The vaccum is great to have on an exposure unit. It holds down our positives and frames so they dont move. You don have to have the vaccum though but it will eleminate the having to stack bricks of gallon buckets on your unit.
