Default i want to make a DIY LED Exposure unit Does anyone know exact sizes to cut my boards

I want to build my own exposure unit with a 50 watt LED UV flood light.
im just getting started and dont have any screens laying around. I was wondering if anyone has any actual plans where i can get exact sizes to cut the wood.
WxLxH of each piece to make a 20x24 screen fit perfectly on top?
Pictures/illustrations would help too.
Also what is a good distance from light to glass? any timer recommendations? any help and advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I am doing the same thing this weekend.
I will be making it about 2 inches longer than the dimensions of my screen. I will make a post about how it works out shortly.
