Default Cyan ink not transferring

I have a sawgrass sg400. I am using Ricoh ink

However for some reason the cyan ink prints but will not transfer onto a mug or a shirt, therefore I am now having problems with my green and purple because the blue wont transfer so green stays yellow and purple stays pink

All the other colours come out perfect

Any advice??

This is a discussion about Cyan ink not transferring that was posted in the Sawgrass section of the forums.
