I think you have a great product Period. Cafepress comes to mind. Look at what they are getting for their shirts. Perhaps they are using a DTG press that has the built-in-pre-wash like all of the Kornit Printers do. Or they are using the DTG Machines where they have to pre-wash the garment. What you have is a great idea where it is pre-wash and sewn in the garment. Like everything else it will come down. If you look at a Hanes Beefy T-Shirt in dark colors, they sell anywhere from $5.00 and up without Pre- Treatment. Go figure! Good Luck!

If you factor in the cost of a machine, the maintainence on the machine I think your way is the best way. I know there are those that will strongly oppose this notion but, it is way easier your way than to use the machine(it costs a lot) heat the wet t-shirt(don't like putting my head under there!) then printing the shirt(Labor! Labor! Labor) I like your way!

This is a cut and paste from an email.

Chuck,

I am very happy with the results I had with your new pre-treated shirts!

As you know, I am not that experienced yet and had some pre-treat problems recently with shirts that I sprayed myself.

Last week I had an order that was going to some Army ROTC cadets.* I only had a week from design to delivery and the
shirt was a full back, left chest, and both sleeves.* For the large sizes, I used your shirts and it was less stressful because I was
not worried that I would accidentally "print beyond the pre-treated area".* They performed perfectly!* Thanks a lot.

Sincerely,

Tom Buis

Well I"m based in the South Bay of California. I know AnaJet is not to far from me so are a lot of west coast based DTG Printers. One comes to mind which is Omniprint International, Brother, Mesa just to name a few. I would be interested in some too. I will look on your site for pricing. I"m sure all the ones I mentioned has machines that will use your shirts and give you positive feedback.
