On hold too, said 20 minutes, I am at 19 now, so any minute now. My auto circulate has not been running consistently for a few weeks now. I may hear / see it once a day, strange.

well its been 53 minutes and it is tell me now the est wait time is 28 minutes. This is a joke. They told me once but I forgot how do you get the the secret menu?

Let me know what you find out on that. Been waiting for over a week and no real answers on the auto circulate, they keep telling me to print something and wait 50 minutes, then come back and wait 20 minutes to see if it auto circulates.

I know the machine is not auto circulating in hourly increments or so, it may circulate once a day, but not much more than that. This is something that started in the last few weeks.

Well this is it after one hour and 20 minutes I gave up when it told me a est wait time of 53 minutes. I will send them a email telling me to call me at 430 pm CST and if they do not I am going to return this piece of crap! I cant take it any more. Three times I have called support and they said they would have someone call me back and that never happened. If they do not want to support they products they should just go out of business! Since the begin they company has played games and lied over and over and over again!

If it says anything over 20 minutes I call back later, there has been a few times I get the 50+ minute message and call back 10 min later and someone picks up, just an observation...

Next time I am going to call up telling the m I want to buy a mpower then ask how do their tech support is? When they say great I will have the pull out they cell phone and call the tech line and have them place a bet that the wait time is over 20 minutes. I can make more money doing that than printing shirts with this POS!

Update. Just got of the phone with Vinny at anajet and he was very help full. With all the problems. I am going to flush the whole system. I have not done that yet because one of the cleaning cartage was damaged when they sent it and the sealed back around the cartage is fulled with cleaning solution. I asked him about the auto circulate and he just said it should be doing it about every hour.

Seems that flushing the system is a common requirement that only seems to get around the problems rather than fixing them as the same issues seem to reappear further down the track.

Does fantastic quality prints when its working! Some of our results have blown away both us and our customers with their feel and quality, esp on black shirts. Thats why we are all (mostly) pursuing getting through the issues.
