You should talk with owners not sales or accounting people. They seems very honorable people. Good luck.
Cheers! Beers are on always.

I don't think it does need to be go that far. It can be solved by easy talk. I am sure Anajet will refund unless they are in deep financial stress. Best way is out of court. You will never get money you spend to your lawyer and takes forever. Keep posting here will alert them well enough.

Cool
Let us know how the setup and initial prints go. What type of dryer do you have?

just curious how one press will help you with your print speeds. the whole point of the M series is the quicker print time, but how long is AnaJet saying you should cure? I know in my wash tests, the 90 second cure time has been the most reliable, so if you only have one press, it doesn't really matter how fast you can print if you are waiting on the heat press.

We are a three person operation, shirts are just another part of what we all do. We do everything from graphic design to printing business cards to stuffing envelopes.... plus, so while waiting for a shirt to cure is no big deal. Our shop runs on the moto, its quality not quanty and personal customer service with a smile keeps my customers happy and coming back.

All in all setup of Mpower 5 went well last night, tech was great, had to upload latest software and rip new files so wasn't ready to print before tech support closed last night.

After another cleaning I believe we will be ready. Training videos are very good and a must see, would have been easier to setup if we would have watched them first, (dvd and software were not in my box) they answered alot of my questions. Make sure you have the updated software or nothing will work.
Anyone else having issues? -- Can't wait to print...

Can't wait to see your results. It'll be good to see how this new printer will do in a lower volume workflow since it's designed to be faster.

Take some time to experiment with pretreat technique (read all you can) and also pay particular attention to testing to get good cure and wash-ability. You want to do all this before to try this on your clients. Default settings are just a starting point and it's important to realize that what works in one shop will not always be exact to what will work in yours. Experiment, evaluate, and perfect
Familiarize yourself with a test print that you know the results of what you're expecting and how to read a nozzle check... as this will take the mystery of why something is working or not. The process is surprisingly simple, once you know the variables and parameters.

Keep us in the loop.

I have not ordered. I have the original Anajet. I'm excited to see the new beast in action when I go to the ISS later this month. I'm pretty set on never being the first to try something.... though I bought their FP-125 almost 5 years ago.
