Send me your email and I will see if I can dig it up. You can however find it in your rip software dongle. You remind me of when I started. Colin helped me out so much I think resolute are focusing on the Ricoh Ri1000 now.

Hi,

Shimstar is correct, it should be on your rip dongle.

The cost of the F187000 is not controlled by Resolute, as a reseller we have to send back the old head in order to replace our stock with a new one. We pay a hefty core charge and the heads go up when Epson put the price up, not Resolute.

The R-Jet 5 has been discontinued for years now, not a decision by Resolute, Epson stopped making the engine almost 5 years ago which is a real shame. Most of our U.K. customers are trading in on our upgrade path before it ends in a few months time.

Shimstar is also correct in saying we are now focusing on Ricoh based DTG equipment, we will continue to support the R-Jet range but unfortunately we cannot control the cost of consumable parts made by Epson.

I do visit this forum when I can, you can always PM me if something is urgent. Also if I am in the office I am always happy to take a call if you need help. I don’t actually work in support and haven’t done for quite sometime so I have to make sure my duties in other areas don’t slide.

Hope this explains my slow response, Shimstar has given good advice before I could, thank you for that Shimstar

Regards

Colin
