Default Service 0001001B new head installed

Need some help please guys, had service message come up and the R-Jet 5 was due a new head. New head replaced with great care and booted up perfectly fine.
Done a clean with no issues but on first print I had the error come back up , I have reseated the ribbon cables but still no luck. Any ideas , replace cables ? Thanks

That error is the thermistor in the head reporting it’s overheated, starvation or air in the system can cause this or a rouge connection or worn out head cables.

Thanks for the help , I spoke with one of the guys at resolute today who was extremely helpful and have got replacement cables on the way.

Should this not fix the issue how would i proceed , another clean ?

You will be fine after change these cables. We had the same error code from yesterday and just changed cables. Everything is good now.

Hopefully this will do it, make sure when you fit them you get the folds in the right order into the interconnect board on the front of the printer. If not they will not sit neatly in the clips.

Apart from that you should be ok. I am glad we were able to help you over the phone yesterday.

Just wanted to say you for all the help guys , everything running great now and a big thank you to the team at Resolute especially Becky and Vince who helped so much.

Excellent customer service, Colin they are a credit to the company as I have experienced bad customer service from elsewhere so credit where credit is due.
