Hi there. I have had no problems up until now. When suddenly my printer has started putting the colour pass down slightly above my white under base.

All my resolute rip settings are as setup by resolute.

Does anybody know what can be causing this and how is it fixed.

Hi Amy,

Is it exactly the same amount every time or does it change randomly? Have you tried printing from a different queue to eliminate any settings that could have changed or gone back to default.

Hi colin.

Yes it is exactly the same amount every time. I have only been using the black tshirt queue. And all settings look default.

I have also checked that the black tape on the box is clean.

Our war doing perfectly fine. And them suddenly when doing another tee I'd the same peint it moved the coloured part of the print exactly 1cm up the shirt.

Check the offset setting for the white and colour layer has not changed.

Also check the underside of the box is not catching on the sensors, it might need adjusting.

Have you tried a different queue to eliminate a software setting, also please try a different box, this will at least point to where the issue is.
