Default Printing issues R-Jet 5

Hi guys,

Experiencing an issue where the fibres seem to be peeping through when printing white only / white under base which is affecting the finish of the prints.

It doesn't seem to happen all the time, just randomly.

Wondering whether anyone else is experiencing the same or knows what to do to fix it.

The tshirts used are Gildan Softstyle (Ralawise code GD001)

Thanks guys!!

It looks like a pre-treatment thing.

Did you shake you pre-treatment before you used it?

That's a pre treatment issue, more than likely inconsistent application and sticking to the paper. I think I am correct in saying you bought second hand and have not had training from Resolute.

Club Resolute is booked up for a few weeks but it would be worth you getting some training to avoid things like this.

I don't think there is anything wrong with your printer.
