Default The perfect DTG process?

Hi guys,

Seeking advice on how everyone runs their DTG business, might be able to share some good ideas and tips!

We run at an average of around 80-150 orders a day (mix of hoodies and tshirts)

Our process is usually -

Print off orders for the day

Get all the items out

Pretreat everything in a pile (using R-treat)

One person loading designs on RIP while one loads garments into RJet 4 & RJet 5.

Everything gets chucked on heat tunnel with delivery label

Everything packed.

Anyone do it differently or better? Really curious to know!

Thanks
