I'm not sure what drama you're trying to create here, Jeff.

What is supposed to be said? Repeatedly deleted posts with mysterious and vague accusations get tiring.

I know it's easy to get caught up in these things. I'm sure I've gone on too much myself in threads. Let's just move on and hopefully we can all be more professional from this point on.

Rodney,

Not trying to create any drama. Im joining a conversation on a public forum with my opinion as everyone else did expressing there's! why am I different from everyone else and singled out?. Im sorry you feel that way but no drama intended.

Comments like "and with that, the silence abounds" and "received pms from certain vendors to post videos" are different than others posted in this thread.

Hopefully I'm mistaken and we can all just move forward from here. I've been known to be wrong before

Just sharing my recollect thru the years in response to the others conversations of woe. No agenda, or target sorry if you took it that way. I will look at my writing in response in further detail forward and hopefully not come off in a negative connotation. Sometimes my passion for dtg is misconstrued from its intent in writing..

As I said. It was not my intention to make any war or claim any printer. I sent in the past e mail private at Resolute asking the same question and never got an answer. This is why I made the same question on the forum.
Just by providing some data that would verify what is being advertised would be more than enough and would win me as a customer. Nevertheless if I go to Fespa, I will try to visit you Colin, so I can see the printer. I appreciate though your honesty.

Don"t worry, Jose, war and bashing to an acceptable limit is a common practice on this forum, and even more in the DTG section :-)
That is like that, but you will found here the best sharing tips...

Seeing the printer in action is the best think you can do, make them print you design, and you will see what output you prefer from different brand.

Are you saying you have no relationship with another DTG company?

Because I have evidence that says otherwise.

Logging onto a forum and creating a thread under a false alias to try and negatively troll the competition whilst getting caught out, pretending to be genuine and in the process actually giving the Competition a stronger name = Priceless

I believe Karma just bit you in the a*s sir
Dono and Resolute DTG like this.

Hi Jose,

If you are looking for a supplier in Spain with a local dealer we do not have this. We do service Europe from the UK, any flight is only 2 hours and we have an airport 30 minutes away.

I understand you want a dealer local, our service is very good and our printers are also very good but at the moment I would have to say we cannot meet your needs with a dealer in Spain.

We have interviewed two companies but both did not meet the criteria unfortunately. Maybe in the future

At the moment we have 5 new dealers in the process of setting up, two in the US. The first container lands for the LA dealer in 4 weeks

My point is, our network is growing fast but we are very careful not to make any mistakes so it will take time. If we find a suitable Spanish dealer I will be very happy, we could do with an office in Marbella

The No.1 in Europe is based on, the R-Jet 5 is undeniably the most popular DTG printer in Europe. We have now sold over 580 units and this is a large amount in Europe. It comes highly recommended by its users not just sales people and research like Brian has done proves this.

There may be a printer that has sold more but I doubt you will find one with a better reputation or a company with a higher level of service.

I hope this answers your question in enough detail.

Best regards

Colin
Hi Colin,
I'm very interested in knowing who is your distributor in LA.
We have been looking at DTG for a few years now and are finally ready to make the leap. We are in the LA area and having a RJet dealer near by makes us reconsider the new Epson DTG printer.
I went on your website and found no info. Can you forward me the contact info please?
Thanks,
Victor

I've had a R-Jet 5 for 6 months now, and I personally think Resolute deserve the number one accolade. Compared to the Kornit Breeze I used to run in the workshop, the Jet is a user friendly, low maintenance high quality money making machine. Get the pre treatment technique right and the quality of the prints will blow your socks off. I dry shirts in a big Adelco conveyer, (from the days when water based inks were the norm), and my shirts look great. As far as service goes, Colin is usually available to talk on the phone, and remote PC any software issues (upgrade), and Andy didn't like the sound my machine was making over the phone, so drove 300 mile to check it out the next day. My sloppy cleaning left a small spot on the encoder strip, which he replaced in exchange for a cup of tea. I've been screen printing for 25 years in the UK, and you don't meet companies as dedicated to customer satisfaction as Resolute very often, even in jolly old England.

So, to conclude, I have empirical data they are a top company, and in my book the top company. And a bloke in the next county has bought 13 R-Jet 5's, making him the most profitable DTG shop in Surrey, and 13 times as satisfied as most posters on here.

13 R-Jet 5s? That's awesome! Must be a cool site to see. Most I've seen was about 50 dtg printers in one place but was 3 different models. This was at Zazzle in San Jose, California.

The very same guy has just opened in FW and is also running Resolute DTG USA from his new fulfilment premises.

His UK setup is England's Zazzle equivalent producing over 1000 individual shirts a day. It's very impressive to see all those R-Jet 5's running at the same time with so few operators :-)

Wow he must like that and could be good for sales if newbies can see his production in person.
