Oh I have been using the pretreat that came with the machine, Which is for light garments on both black and white and I haven't encountered any negative issues as yet. I didn't realise this was a problem as Vince was doing the same thing during the demo.

It's ok as long as you don't get any staining. I will get Andy to call you in the morning to go through the different options.
