What blend are the hoodies? Generally you need 80% or better or get one with a 100% cotton face. Any polyester in the fabric is detrimental.

I have already done this, we need enough activity to warrant a section for the R-Jet or preferably Resolute DTG which would cover the 7 main products we sell and support. We have over 1000 customers but not many active on the forums, possibly for this reason.

Our own support site covers most things very well, but I know from past experience how important it is to be able to communicate with other users openly on forums to share experience & knowledge.

Fingers crossed it will be soon

Hi Gareth,

Hoodies will definitely need more ink being put down due to the construction of the hoodies. I make sure the hoodies are cotton rich, minimum of 80%.

I think the best thing to do is create a new queue. Double click on the new queue to bring the settings up. On that 1st page it will have a print mode (resolution) set that to 1440x720 (ensure you select the correct setting for the inks your using) then click on the import options tab on the left hand side. Set the underbase resolution to 1440x1440 and underbase strength to 20(strong).

Try that and see how you get on with that. You may have to adjust the underbase strength and resolution depending on how the hoodie takes the ink. As more ink is being put down you may need to adjust the choke and opacity settings, its all trial and error initially but I'm sure you will get sorted.

If you do struggle with the settings etc then give Resolute a call, they can remote access your computer and set it all up for you.

I hope that helps,

Steve

Yes i too am all for a Resolute section.
Im sure every customer would want this and with the amount of clients resolute has its surely worth it.

As others have said its important to have peer to peer support outside resolute to share expirience and build knowledge and help each other out.

I would love to see a Resolute section;
The innovative ideas and products that these guys continue to bash out is amazing, plus my Rjet is brilliant

Think its a no brainer... There are plenty of us with excellent user experience of the products and general experience to support a dedicated R-Jet 4 area...

Definately need a dedicated Rjet4 section, would be cool to have somewhere to share our experiences and help each other out maybe it would cut down on me calling Colin with stupid questions!
