Default New Roland BN 20 or versacam or used versacamm 300

Would like some advice please.

I have a choice between getting a new BN 20 on finance or buying a used versacamm 300 outright.

Machine will be used entirely for print and cut t shirts, current setup is an older hp designjet and a separate GCC cutter, problem is that I can only use 3g jet opaque 3 paper with this method which is really expensive where I live, I also find moving it to a plotter time consuming and slows the process down so I'm looking at an all in one solution that will be easier/save time and money on consumables.

I don't need super high resolution, most of my stuff is promotional stuff, where once or twice then toss it away, speed is the issue, I want to be able to produce more work in a day. I'll be keeping the current GCC plotter to do vinyl only jobs but will get rid of the designjet.

Any advice on what the pros/cons or best option is would be really appreciated?

Thanks.

I would go with the versacamm because you can do more with it such as decals, banners, tshirts, signs, magnets. I just paid my last note on a vs300i and it paid for itself the first year.

The VersaCamm is faster than the BN-20. Why not go new with the VersaCamm? It isn't that much more and is a far better machine.

They will both work for you...
The BN20 will be so slow though. The Versacamm 300 is a much faster printer. Also if memory serves me, the BN can not use the larger ink cartridges.
We have a few Roland printers and have always been very happy with them.

Just be sure to check the print heads on a used printer. They can be expensive to replace if your paying a tech to do it.
