Default what printer to buy ? please help!

I am new to this and i been reading for 8 hours on this forum. I still dont have a clear answers. please help this newbie out.
I want a printer to start a T shirt business . i am looking for high quality

1. what printer should i buy ? ( budget is 300-900$)
2. what ink should i use ? I am so lost. Pigment, sublimation , dye base, dye sublimation , chromablast, etc...
3. Most important, I want a CISS system with it or refilling bottles and needles is fine too.

I am looking at Canon Pixma pro 100. I pick this because It has 8 bottles of ink. I am guessing it would produce the highest quality. My plan is to dumb the Dye based inks because i read somewhere that it's not good for T shirt . and use some alternative ink that i dont know yet. I hope you can help me out. If you guys can point me to the right direction . I will randomly pick 10 ppl that are helpful and give them a FREE T-shirt .
