Default Messy prints with Oki C8800n

I recently bought an used Oki C8800n printer. The problem is that I'm getting messy prints with ink spots all over the print. However, I cleaned the LED-heads with a cloth and printed ~50-100 blank pages and now the prints are much better. But still, I occasionally get some ink spots on the prints, especially on the edges of the A4.

I also checked out the paper tray and the surroundings of the belt unit and cleaned some blue ink from those places.

The printer was shipped to me, so I don't know how rough treatment the printer has got. My friend told me the inks could have spread if the shipping was rough.

Also, there doesn't seem to be an option on Oki c8800n to drive the belt unit, so it could clean itself, so the only option seems to be to print blank pages I guess? Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this mess and get some clean prints?

Sounds like stray toner in the fuser.
What happens if you print blank sheets?

What kind of media are you using?

If I print blank sheets they get random dots of ink of different colours. The edges of the sheets are coloured aswell. Sometimes if I print ~20 blank sheets they could all look pretty clean, but if I look the pile from the side the edges are coloured.

I'm just testing with some typical A4's.

If its stray toner in the fuser what should be done?
