Default screenprinting heat transfers

I want to screenprint heat transfers. What type of plastisol inks need to be used, or what is the diff between hotsplit or hot peal.

Here's one, I have not used them but I did just order from them. Plastisol Inks for Textile Screen Printing -

You can contact the ink manufacturer and they will tell you exactly what you need.
