Default Printing 3 color logo on nylon board shorts

I am printing on some nylon board shorts that do have a slight texture to them which I think may help with adhesion.

Printing white, light blue, and royal. I am wondering if I should just have 4 screens, buy a nylon white ink and underbase the regular plastisol light blue and royal with the nylon ink. So really I need to know if I just need one type of nylon ink since that will be the color that makes contact with the garment.

Also these say they have a DWR finish and I am debating trying to wipe the area with alcohol prior to printing.

Thanks
