Looks simply like something is loose and your double printing... The wet ink from the previous stroke. IMHO

After a quick glance at all of the threads, the one thing I didn't see (and I may have over looked it), is your flood stroke is pushing the ink through the mesh instead of loading the mesh. When you print and get to the end of the mesh opening, there is extra or an abundance of ink left over that squishes out (or smudges as to describe it), beyond the open stencil area. If this is the case, the problem will get progressively worse the more shirts you print, BUT if you look at the back side of the screen and you see traces of ink beyond the open stencil, this may be the problem.
