Printinig brown instead of black

Default Printinig brown instead of black

Right folks why when I print black is it coming out brown???

The software i'm using is corel draw, the printer is a Ricoh SG3110DN and the inks are the sublijet R inks provided.

please help....

Sounds like you need to download the ICC profile for your ink. Is that sawgrass ink?
Also whoever you buy the ink from should also have an ICC profile for that printer.

Why is this in Pad Printing?
Subli inks often give a brownish colour, it requires an icc profile. That gives the formula for every colour, sounds like you are a bit light on the black?

Yeah downloading the sawgrass driver sorted it thanks guys.
