Hi Guys! I am new to the forum and I need your help. I have a problem with my NEOFLEX printer, when I turn it on, the print head goes back to the cap station and it generates a strange sound and it gives me the ERROR 1001D. I know that the problem has to do with the movement and alignment of the print cart but I still do not have the solution, change all the harnesses, plate and sensor of the print head, the tape code, screw, magnet. The cap station and the print head are new. I attached a link to the video of what he does. I hope you can help me.

Is the encoder strip located into the sensor at the rear of the printhead carriage?
The 'Scissors' was displayed in the printer's LCD screen. This shouldn't be displaying. Switch it off by pressing the LEFT arrow button on the printer.
Hello, if I already remove the scissors, and the codero strip is well located in the print head sensor.
