Default Need a low-bleed, opaque, waterbase white

Hi there. We're looking for the latest and greatest low-bleed & opaque waterbase white ink.

We're printing on 100% polyester red bandannas and the customer needs as soft a hand as possible (but they don't want to spring for cotton bandannas, which are a lot more expensive, oddly enough).

Plastisol is just too thick. We were able to pull it off with waterbase last time we did them, but the print was a lot thicker than we're comfortable giving our customers since it was still bleeding quite a bit. We used the Matsui High Opacity White.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
