Default Re: Actual real world output

Real world output depends on operator, image size and output resolution used to print an image. Full color is the only option as most all single colors are printed using cmyk, other than 100% of C,M,Y,K in which case you would have to create your design in CMYK, which is not the optimum format with the neorip pro. I can nearly double the output of most of my employees on the neo. Not sure whether it is because I have slow employees or, if I am always in a hurry (LOL). I can operate the printer with virtually no downtime between shirts. My employees almost always have plenty of down time between shirts. So in order to get actual output numbers you would have to compare operators, graphics size and resolution of output. Our best output to date is 2400 11.5 x 15 oversized, heavy ink coverage prints, on white shirts in around 65 hours. We always print in the highest resolution the garment will handle, without bleeding due to too much ink. That job was completed in a 5 day period with net profits of just over $1k per day. The great part of having the best quality garment printer in the world is that you can demand the highest pricing for your products. Not to mention that being part of the Neo family is second to none when it comes to service, support and help, both from the manufacturer and fellow owners.
