''Remove Paper'' message!

I got the message ''Remove paper'' today on the LCD. The neoflex don't start.
I try to restart it but without success!

What is the problem or what can I do?

It is 99% sensor but step by step guide is necessary. Knife/cutter has to off postion. Please call Tigers instead of posts here. Because it is not common error so many NeoFamilies not experienced to help you. Epson 1800,1900 do not have cutter. 4880 and up does. We dysfunction this but menu software still exist. Printer, menu, select cutter off.
I am so sorry you lost two days. TSF is great place to get help but please don't forget Tigers. They will do all for you wherever you are and whenever and whatever. We simply exist to service you only.

We apologize for your production being down for the amount of time it has.

Moving forward with your system I would suggest contacting your distributor first thing prior to posting on the forum. The forum is a great tool for issues which occur often but with issues that are not common it will be difficult to get a resolution. Now i'm taking a complete shot in the dark here as I have no history. Please try changing the fuse on the transformer that was provided. Please ensure that you are on a surge protector that is rated at 3000 joules.

We can promise that you will be up and running 100% shortly.

We do not know who we are because we use tsf ID. Best way is contact us not wait for contacted by us. I post our regular number email and even cell phones. What should I do more? First of all, we are located in Canada!

We got a tech in house yesterday to help us with our Neoflex. (It's realy nice to have a sale rep in Canada for All American :))

Our Neoflex is still down today but All American is sending what we need.
