Re: Cad-color express print

FYI - I spoke with Davide via webchat earlier today and advised that the issue he is having could stem from cutting too deep and scoring the carrier which makes it difficult to remove the media with mask.

Let me know how you made out.

Regards.

Davide I use QuickPrint and Colorprint II from Imprintables Warehouse. It is not as think as their Solutions Opaque, but it holds to about 20-30 washers with normal detergent and dryer heat. If you are not doing to many colors you can consider their EcoFilm which is solid colors but has a good feel and hold up to any amount of washes. As for masking get their evolution mask which has great pulling power and does not shrink when heat is applied. Many reuses also.

Re: Cad-color express print

Hello to all!

Usually I use SISER COLORPRINT NEW to apply full color graphics, as most users of this film there is always the problem of colors fading after washing. (advantage: very easy peeling and masking). So I've decide to buy STAHLS CAD-COLOR EXPRESS PRINT and give it a try. I'm ok with the result of the print and the colors but the only thing that is giving me troubles is the Magic Mask Med Tac. Stahls advises this mask with the express printing foil but once attached on the film the image doesn't always comes of easy. No matter how hard I sqeeze the mask...
Has anyone of you had this problem? Ifso, how do you solve this problem?

What type of full-color film do you advice beside those two films?

Full color graphics are great for regular tees but I get also demands from exmpl. "car-mecanics" (greasy and oily places) to apply full color logos on their working clothes. So they will wash it more then normally. I'm scared that the film will be in bad condition after a few washes. What kind of film can you recommend for working clothes?

Thanks in advance,

Davide
