Preach on Stitch! I'm of the same opinion. Not my business who's working the back end as you also mentioned previously.

To those who had a bad experience, truly feel for you as I understand how difficult it can be when making an investment for your product line.

Looked at a view videos online and man I have to say the printing competition should be stiff this year. Not sure how long the Neo has been taking top slots in the Print competitions, stop tracking it after I stopped entering.

Either way keep grinding those printers and pull out those monster images. If anyone is on the fence about entering a competition, jump on it. Let the print speak for you, even if you don't win the experience is a good way to gauge your current capabilities.

I've always carried out my own repairs and troubleshooting, sometimes with the support of the Tigers but more often than not with the support of other owners.

I've no idea who is still at AA or who has gone - not my business.

I'm extremely happy with my NeoFlex and it still prints amazing artwork.

I'm only speaking from experience and do remember, unlike many on here, I've only ever owned a NeoFlex and have no hands-on experience of other brands.

Re: New Neoflex Machines?

This is 100% fact... only the few original owners that know their machines well of Neo 1 have no issue with AA since they don't really need technical support from AA. Ask the rest of other owners of Neo1&2 and see how they feel about them. Most of these unhappy newer owners ran away from TSF. Check out old unhappy threads below and stop pretending that AA is wonderful. Go to DTG owner group on Facebook and ask around.

Re: New Neoflex Machines?

Very true. That was five years ago. When all the tigers were there. Including Justin. Would you say AA now is the same as AA five years ago in terms of customer satisfaction and tech support?

I think that if you do your research AA did succeed BIG TIME. For year after year they swept away all the DTG printer awards. The NeoFlex section of TSF was by far the most popular and my own testament to AA & the NeoFlex = mine is 7 years old and printing as good now as the day I brought it home to the UK.

Re: New Neoflex Machines?

Not trolling at all. I want to see AA succeed, as the more DTG companies there are, the better the competition, lower price and customer service for the user. Epson printheads aren't exclusive, that's why there's other players out there such as Spectra and now Stealthjet which is putting out a 4995 DTG, which I believe was the original price of the Neo3.

So not savvy to internet lingo here but I guess this is what people mean by Trolling? Seems this account (FLDesign) was created to be the voice in the wind. Pulled up all your previous posts, which hey coincidentally all are tied to the Neo Thread.

Look I'm not the fastest rabbit in the forest, but man you must be one to hold a grudge or marketing for the other teams. All companies evolve, all aspects of technology evolve, and people evolve. People leave jobs for multitude of reasons, just like they change career fields, or majors in college. Part of business.

I will say since I've been gone the industry has evolved with some new cool items, and printers, and the consumer is educated as well. I don't care what machine is coming out faster, or hitting the streets with booth babes, and flashing lights. Care a less and most smart consumers are the same way.

What matters is does the product meet my need, does it fall within my business plan, what is my projected ROI, etc.etc.

Could care a less what brand name is on there, but when I see stuff like whats posted above I can assure you those are the items I put last on my list if at all.

My o cents. So fire away with your rhetorical response, I'm sure your whiz bang expert analogies will be most entertaining and informative with put downs, creative analogies, re-direction, and self admiration.

Just keep in mind. I have 0FTG

You are absolutely right. That won't be fair. Introduction price cannot be offered again.
He PMed me and I answered with prices. Neo2 is better than NeoFlex original(IMO) with many happy new Neo family. Neo3: I don't want to create ETA date because we failed to meet many times. Bugs. I was at work yesterday and saw they were working hard on Neo3 and your $4995 will be honored with your deposit back guarantee anytime you want.
Cheers to NeoFamily! Beers are on me always.
