Hello Rudaakis,
as Roland said Texjet Rip is included in the printer price, so please ask the former user for a green or blue dongle key. If you have it pm with its SN to provide you the registration info.
Regarding the ink flow issue we strongly recommend to request a service and training from your local dealer. We can provide you the contact info aswell, if you pm us with your country of residence.

Hi, I looking to bay Tex Jet Rip Software maybe someone can help me with that.
Also, I bought Tex Jet Plus advanced DTG printer cartridges are empty and I want to start printing can someone advise me what I need to do next. Cartridges have some old painting left on sides of cartridges.
Can I refill with new cartridges or I need to wash them somehow?

Hi guys,
a quick question to those using RIP 7: Have you ever encountered such a problem?
When I set the RIP to print for example 10 times the same image (white+color on dark shirt), sometimes after few proper prints I get white underbase and then when I push the green button to print color it prints the white underbase for the second time BUT about a half of image height lower...
The result is wasted shirt with 2, not aligned layers of white.
It drives me nuts...

Rip V7 100% needs a manual | March 8th, 2018 09:32 AM | roland1 | Re: Texjet Rip v7 and Uk suppiers | Quote: | | | | |

I tried to do this with RIP 7 and it says that mask for white print is missed. The same when I load a file with white and transparency. I don't trust "automatic mask generation" options so I prefer to prepare my files in PS.
Now I do "only whites" on my first TexJet with RIP 6.
How can I solve this? | | | | | | Well I've had the printer 2 days with V7 this is what I did for a perfect print of white on black.
created a new file in PS
created txt in black, removed background, changed txt to white
saved as transparent tiff
loaded pic into v7.
auto generated white print.
now here's the part, even though the background is white in the rip and the txt is white, you cannot see the position of the txt, but if you click on background and change the colour to say blue, then you can see and position the txt to the platen size, press print, 1400x1400, perfect white txt on black tee,
hope this helps | October 24th, 2017 03:17 AM | caspanatola | Re: Texjet Rip v7 and Uk suppiers
The Texjet RIP 7 is very bugy. No manual. They take too much time to "fix" the RIP.

As I see V7 is not so much a progress, and still no manual (and new other problems). As the upgrade isn't free for me, I really don't know if it is worth (but the quality one-pass is the only argument for now).
Did anybody test other RIP software like the WhiteRip (whiterip.com)

Hi Zerg,
The same more or less way as you are doing it with v6. If you choose to create your own spot or alpha channel, then after loading the image you right click it and select the 'spot colors' setting. In there, you select which channel you use for the white mask (it may be more than one). Don't forget to select 'white only dark t-shirt' as media type and you'll be alright.
Personally i only use the internal tool, because this way i have a better control of the design, but it's up to you of course. In case you do it with the internal tool, you actually skip the 'spot colors' tool and print directly. In order to go into that menu, you right-click the design and choose 'mask creation'. The tool is very similar to photoshop's magic wand tool.

Steve, can you upload any pics to understand better?

Hi Kostas
I doubt it's a height issue: the print head was adjusted 2 weeks ago and has been fine. I also use auto EVERY time I send in a shirt. I have tried printing far away from the print head to see what happens and I get a blurring effect ( not pink). My prints a very sharp, just pink /purple.
Also, it's not lines, it's the whole print, almost as if there is a pink mask over the whole print.

Hi Steve,
From what you are saying, you may just be facing a height issue; meaning that the t-shirt needs to be closer to the head. Try performing an auto-height adjustment again making sure that t-shirt is completely flat and even. Can you upload a photo of these lines? maybe i could help you more.

Hello all
Another new one! I now have a pink/purple bias on all prints now! The white mask is ok but all other colours are affected by this light grey is pink, lime green looks dirty, blues come out purple.
Grateful for all suggestions as I have some orders I need to get out this week!
Thanks
Edit:
I have already tried a power clean, carefully wiped the encoder strip (which is new anyway), and tried to print files that printed perfectly last week! And yes, I am using the PS actions.
Please help me save my printer from being dumped in the nearest river!
