His UK setup is England's Zazzle equivalent producing over 1000 individual shirts a day. It's very impressive to see all those R-Jet 5's running at the same time with so few operators :-)

Very cool! Must be a cool site to see!

Your winding me up LOL, in-line is brilliant and uses less ink. We were the first to launch it at Fespa last year with CADlink

Don't confuse it with the old one pass fast.

Yes. The RIP is intuitive; easy to use but with all the setting adjustments you could want. Send it a tiff or png with a transparent background, choose shirt colour and shirt size, then choose print in any of 4 quality modes. Dig deeper (click the tab) and you can manually change all settings. It has an excellent 'knock me colour out' feature (slider bar style) that knocks out the colour of the shirt from the print. A flaming skull on a black background printed on a black shirt looks unbelievable using this technique. I printed skulls on some left over old style black Fruit hoodies, with 'Heavy Fu**ing Metal' (without asterix's) and sold them on ebay, they flew out.

The Kornit RIP of photoshop based, which you must buy extra, and is a series of complicated actions, the best of which are designed by customers and 'borrowed' by Kornit! The R-Jet RIP is stand alone, and works with any file from your fav graphics programme.

This is another unsung advantage of the R-Jet 5; easy to gang up. The first one includes the RIP, but the subsequent printers are cheaper because the RIP will run them all. It fits on a standard 2'6" by 4' desk, and if you are smart you would put one desk on another and run a double decker layout. So one wall of a standard size office room could bank 12 R-Jets all running, even the largest design would output at 120 shirts plus an hour. As we all know, flexibility is the key to efficient growth, my Kornit Breeze took up half the workshop, and when I wasn't feeding it shirts and ink, it just stood there, laughing, draining my bank account and demanding to be cleaned. Like my wife really. (joking!)

You're right. I just deleted my post. I'm not really worried about it. Was just being nice to him and trying to help. Doesn't matter anymore. Haven't heard from him so I'm sure it's solved

Get the pre treatment technique right and the quality of the prints will blow your socks off. I dry shirts in a big Adelco conveyer, (from the days when water based inks were the norm), and my shirts look great. As far as service goes, Colin is usually available to talk on the phone, and remote PC any software issues (upgrade), and Andy didn't like the sound my machine was making over the phone, so drove 300 mile to check it out the next day. My sloppy cleaning left a small spot on the encoder strip, which he replaced in exchange for a cup of tea. I've been screen printing for 25 years in the UK, and you don't meet companies as dedicated to customer satisfaction as Resolute very often, even in jolly old England.

So, to conclude, I have empirical data they are a top company, and in my book the top company. And a bloke in the next county has bought 13 R-Jet 5's, making him the most profitable DTG shop in Surrey, and 13 times as satisfied as most posters on here.

I went on your website and found no info. Can you forward me the contact info please?
Thanks,
