Hi John

Sorry for the slow reply,

Yes we do use the pre-treat machine.

Its great for consistency and obviously for being able to pretreat close to your printers
without the worry of your print head being in danger.

I'll be honest, the only downside to the machine at the moment is the nozzles. If you get a good
one then you'll be fine for months however you can find yourself needing a new one after one or
two months. Ive brought this issue up with resolute and I know they are looking for an alternative
cheaper nozzle.

Having said that, we wouldn't work without it now.

Ok great, yeah I think that this year I'll show up. I usually don't get out much but will this year. I want to meet a lot people in person that I've done business with but haven't seen face to face. I won't have a booth but just want to get out a bit. If I do I will stop by and check out the equipment. As far as your rip goes is there any difference than your competitions?

That's not allowed, we could just call it DuPont but we merged with a company that already had the name and just carried on with it.
