Re: Actual real world output

Our numbers were for white shirts as noted in my explanation. It was oversized print with heavy coverage and high res.

Re: Actual real world output

I haven't done enough white garments with my machine to give an accurate real world figure on them. However with black garments I have been printing on average 10-12 garments per hour (10"x12" image & 1 heat press). 35 an hour seems impossible on a single machine unless it's a very small design and you have a dozen heat presses or a big dryer.

Re: Actual real world output

2400 over 65 hours about 35 hr.
Plan double if white.
We see those rates with our neo, but long runs go to our screenptinting.
We use auto pretreat and 2 presses for ink curing.

Re: Actual real world output

Real world output depends on operator, image size and output resolution used to print an image. Full color is the only option as most all single colors are printed using cmyk, other than 100% of C,M,Y,K in which case you would have to create your design in CMYK, which is not the optimum format with the neorip pro. I can nearly double the output of most of my employees on the neo. Not sure whether it is because I have slow employees or, if I am always in a hurry (LOL). I can operate the printer with virtually no downtime between shirts. My employees almost always have plenty of down time between shirts. So in order to get actual output numbers you would have to compare operators, graphics size and resolution of output. Our best output to date is 2400 11.5 x 15 oversized, heavy ink coverage prints, on white shirts in around 65 hours. We always print in the highest resolution the garment will handle, without bleeding due to too much ink. That job was completed in a 5 day period with net profits of just over $1k per day. The great part of having the best quality garment printer in the world is that you can demand the highest pricing for your products. Not to mention that being part of the Neo family is second to none when it comes to service, support and help, both from the manufacturer and fellow owners.

Re: Actual real world output

I am curious what your actual real world output is on your neoflex.

1.) White shirt, 11" wide x 11" tall color graphic? How many per hour?
2.) Black shirt, 11" wide x 11" tall color graphic? How many per hour?
3.) If you had an order come in today for 100 white shirts & 100 black shirts 11x11 color graphic on front. How long would it take you to fulfil this order?

4.) If it was a single color (spot job), would this decrease time at all?

Thank you for your assistance.
