Can you tell me how many pulse has the encoder Epson R1400, r1900. It is 400 or 500 or more.
1 rotation of the encoder how many pulses has.

No way...does it sound like stepper should I shoot my servo next time on my video recording
anyway, I check my last softwarerip setting it turn out to be I printed the design on standard photo setting(draft setting, so it could be the problem) I will print on photo/best setting next time.

Yes, it was a banding issue cause by my, correction, servo(it isn't stepper). It was traveling more than it was intended to be, but I can resolve this problem easily by my softwarerip or by altering my firmware.
I like the second method though, I will correct this slight problem on my next 3rd video ( printing on paper and printing on white t-shirt)
I just can't wait any longer to upload my second video so I just leave it that way.

Very nice

I saw a little bit of banding there is it because clogged channels or problem with stepper?

you need both...usually hardware is good enough with good circuit, but software will make it better
