We run our dryer at 175c for 10 min both whites and blacks.
Try asking in the "Kornit DTG Printers" on facebook, you'll get a quick reply there also.

Re: Dryer time and temp

Weird question. We are in the process of moving our shop and we don't have our DTG dryer set up yet. We need the electrician to do his things and we thought he would be done by now.

We have a screen print dryer, but we have never used that for the DTG prints.

What temperature do you run your prints down the dryer at, how long?

Our DTG dryer runs at 295 for 6-10 minutes depending on the garment.

Our screen print dryer runs at 800 for about 45 seconds. the longest I can slow it down to is a little over a minute.

Is there a way to use the screen print dryer for my DTG prints while I wait for the electrician to do their thing?
