If you wish to print full color 100%.. plastisol transfers.. Then.. Excalibur offers.. the 600SS series inks to do it.. Full color.. 100%.. plastisol transfers..

Don't be swayed by Jedi mind tricks- Nothing to see here- Keep in the game.
The way that F&M accomplishes it's full color plastisol transfers with it's top secret formula is irrelevant.
You just want to be able to accomplish the same task with the tools that are available for you to do so.
Uh...no. I'm not saying any of that. Someone else must have inquired about that. I started this thread with the question of how (F&M) it's done in full color with unlimited number of colors for their heat transfers. However, it appears that this enquiring mind will never know how it's done. Life goes on. I am not a screen printer. I use heat transfers only...screen printed.

LOL! This discussion did get a little warm at times.
If you want to, you can just PM me with the answer. I won't tell the rest of them. You can trust me. I wouldn't want you to lose your job with F&M. Sounds like a real fun job you got there.

Trust me I understand everyone's points and/or individual circumstances, but like I stated above, its just a piece of information that can't be publicized for obvious and not so obvious reasons. So again I'm sorry for any let downs here.

This is "sort of" like asking Bush's Original Baked Beans, what their secret family recipe is.... lol

Ok...understandable. That explains why the man on the phone, told me without telling me after I asked how it was done.

Re: Can Anyone Tell Me How F&M Expressions Is Able To Do Full Color Plastisol Screen Prints?

And for the solution-

Excalibur offers the 600SS Hot Split / Hot Peel 4 Color Process Transfer Ink System.

It requires their 905/908PF Clear Base as a first down before printing the 600SS.

Using the "first down" clear base (the ink splits from the base and- not the ink itself) enables the printer to use up to 305 mesh for printing transfers of higher resolution so can be used with their (other) hot split inks if you're not into doing 4 color plastisol transfers.

4 Color Plastisol Transfers

I hope this clears thing up some more.

Hope this finally clears this thread up a bit... There were way too many guesses arising in this post (very interesting ideas - non the less, but unfortunately definitely not the way we do it)....
Thanks Greg. You're right, there were a lot of guesses, but the question is still...How do you do it?
