Default Neoflex White Ink

Question: I have the older Neoflex model. I am having problems with my white ink fading out on the third print. After a #3 clean, a test print shows all boxes and lines. Why is the white fading out? Any suggestions to what I should focus my attention too?

Are you shaking your white ink daily?

Are your carts low when you notice the white fading? I seem to get much better ink flow when my carts are full.
