Default Leveling Bed - Major Issue

We have been dealing with this issue since day one of owning our Neoflex (3 years). The bed will not stay level - have followed instructions from Tiger (lowering the rods until they have all stopped moving and making sure everything is securely connected). Adjusting the shaft collars doesn’t work because the back of the bed needs to be lifted higher than the rods, so we are having to place pieces of cardboard between the back rods and bed to level. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

By how much is the bed out?

Is it just front to back or corner to corner too?

I have similar issues from day one, but not something that I can't adjust with cardboard and glue :-)
I stick them under the far side of the platen itself.
So far it's working good.
For a new metal platen ( rubber lock platen its called ? ) I took a "anti fatigue mat" that I had and glued it underneath the platen to level it. Couldn't use a regular "cardboard solution" to level it- as the platen is 2 light and with cardboard under two rubber legs - it was moving during the print.

Do you have the four securing rings - one for each up/down levelling push rod. These were supplied with the Neo and allow each corner of the bed to be levelled independently/
nottypical likes this.
