No charge for the idea.
you never lose humor. I rather have charge with action.
1. Neo has long enough length. All you need is two platen area. Fits 2ea 16x20.
2. Possible good
3. Possible
4. Must with hoop.
5. 3 pin system is darn accurate. Use bottom of metal platen.
Lots of lots of work? Worthy? No one know yet.

I have seen that as well on small format printer, with Sepiax ink for hard object

But it is only to warm up the substract, if not sepiax ink do not adhere. Nive solvent alternative ink ;-)

Yes Sepiax is good ink for hard substrates. Not much heat need it too. Somehow not popular in our market yet. If thick, bottom heat will not reach to top. Quz heat top heat interfere Printhead. I am sure there are way. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers!

A2+ Butterfly-Jet/EX Direct to garment printer - Shanghai Focus digital

The heat element is preatty far behind the printer so I don't think It could damage the printhead.

Id be very excited at the possibility of printing direct to dri fit and poly materials. BIG market out there for sports uniforms and jerseys. If I am understanding correct, this could definitely fill a niche somewere between full blown dye sub sports uniforms and say transfers/stitched sports uniforms.

Softer hand too? would be ideal for the sports materials.

Basically I see this as lifting potential business 100% minimum.

Thanks for the info Peter!

Any news on Ink?.
I read that Roland has a ECO-SOL ink that is UV, and have a metallic silver and white to print directly over vinyl, this is more related to the ones that own a solvent printer. Does anybody know about this inks?

Poly direct digital on white fabric print is arrived long time ago. This is about no pretreat on cotton and poly, light and dark. White ink will not take wet on wet. White + heat + CYMK sounds easy but not easy at all. Long haul ~. Between many other new projects. SGIA is coming soon. All exhibitors will introduce new things at SGIA.. I do not saying by SGIA.
Cheers! Beers are on me always.
