Default Cancel/Reset Power Clean

I performed a power clean. After the power clean was complete I printed a nozzle check. The printer went to the back after it was done.
When I pushed standby the printer returned to the front but began to do another power clean. WTF!!
How do I reset/cancel a power clean?
I refuse to was anymore ink than I have to.
Does anyone know why this happened?
Has anyone else experienced this error?

Yes, I've seen this happen too but I have a feeling that it was my fault by trying to abort a powerclean by switching off or something similar.

I'd be interested in the answer.

i don't have an answer to your problem, but some advice instead...don't do anymore power cleans. why was it necessary in the first place? pulling ink through with a syringe is faster and doesn't waste ink.

I agree with Spider-Man but the only way to abort a power clean or inkfill is having the program to do it.

You can switch Initial Fill off from the printer.

Problem:
Each time you switch the printer on it commences an initial ink charge.

Solution:
Start the printer holding <MENU><DOWN><PAUSE> buttons
Let go once you see “SELF TESTING2”
Press <MENU>
Press <DOWN> until you see <PARAMETER> then press <MENU> Ok
Press <down> until you see <UPDATE> then Press <MENU> Ok
The first option should be <INK PARAMETER> then press <MENU> Ok
Choose the first option <SET> then press <MENU> Ok
The message <UPDATE PARAM> Press <MENU>

Shut the printer OFF by depressing the START button on the base.
Power the base off
Wait a few seconds and switch on normally, base followed by printer.
<PLEASE WAIT> is displayed, followed by <NON GENUINE>
Go through the process of accepting the ‘non genuine’.
The printer displays <READY> and that’s it!

By default it's set to ON. I believe it should be set to OFF (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

It's been a long time since I've done this but I seem to remember that after setting the flag to NO, you need to remove the power from the base (the entire NeoFlex), wait 10 seconds, and then switch on.

i wonder if mine came with this feature already "off", because mine doesn't do an initial fill each time i turn it off and back on.
