Pretty much everything in the path from inlet to head is replaceable.
Some are more standard wear parts esp. With white, like dampers, than others.

What is the reason for? Why? Ink line 4880 is thicker than A3 lines. No ink starvation

I just bought a used neoflex this past week and I think three of the white ink lines might be clogged. I was trying to prime the lines and I couldn't pull ink through. And I think I see some areas on the ink lines that seem to have ink build up on its walls.

Who am I?
I am Mario from deep south Texas, I've been dtg printing for more than five years with some t-jet 2's. I finally decided to upgrade my printers and found a used neoflex.

Mario,
Good Choice!
Finally find one NeoFlex out of mission. Yes, you can but it is not 123 or abc. Recommend call Tigers before start and register as NeoFamily to obtain parts, support and service. You might can make situation deeper. Never experienced this before it won't be not just lines. Inks become rubber stage. Other lines also have dry ink on wall but some path are opened. Like bad blood vessel. Change all lines will prevent damage many printheads.
Cheers! Beers are on me always.

As it turns out I dont have to change the white ink lines on my neoflex. I was changing the capping station today and when I removed a metal plate that is in front of the capping station, a black plastic mechanism fell off. This mechanism opens the ink lines when you push the ink lever down, since it was loose, it was not opening the lines so every time I tried priming the lines, they seemed to be clogged. I snapped it back on and low and behold, ink is flowing through the lines now.
